At Rebelify Technologies Private Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction, subject to the conditions and procedures outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • Time Limit: Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition of Item: The service or product must not have been used in a manner that violates our terms of use.
  • Proof of Purchase: Valid proof of purchase (invoice, order ID, or receipt) is mandatory.
  • Specific Exclusions: A refund may not be applicable for digital products/services that have been fully rendered, downloaded, or activated.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order or service before it has been processed or delivered:

  • Pre-Delivery: If cancellation is requested before the service delivery has commenced, a full refund may be issued.
  • Post-Delivery: Once a product has been delivered or a service has commenced, cancellation is not possible, and the process will transition to a Refund Request (as outlined above).

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To initiate a request, please contact us by email at info@curecommsolutions.com with the following details:

  • Your Order ID/Invoice Number.
  • The specific reason for the refund or cancellation request.

4. Processing Time

Once your refund request is received and approved, the refund will be processed internally within 5–10 business days. The amount will be returned exclusively via your original method of payment.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days of approval, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank or payment account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us for immediate assistance.
